Mini Laser Current & TEC Driver Module
The Micro Laser Current Temperature Control Driver Module (ITCM-M) is a high-performance new product that integrates laser driving, temperature control, and real-time monitoring.
This product has a maximum constant current (CC) output of 250mA (larger can be customized), a built-in adjustable sawtooth wave generator, and dual external tuning signal input interfaces. It can achieve the superposition of 1 internal signal and 2 external signals to modulate or drive the laser with constant current, making it easy and flexible to use. This product has a modulation signal amplitude limitation function and can preset the maximum driving current ① to prevent overcurrent driving of the laser and protect the laser diode. Real time monitoring of the working status of the laser diode. When the laser diode fails, opens or is not connected, the indicator light and the upper computer will alarm and automatically reset the control signal. Built in TEC controller, up to 5 selectable driving currents, and precise target temperature setting through the upper computer.
Using imported high-precision components, high-quality aluminum alloy and stainless steel materials, good heat dissipation ensures long-term stability and long-term working efficiency.
Install a 14PIN butterfly laser fixture with gold plated contacts for easy installation and replacement of the laser. The fixture's internal leads can be set according to the laser PIN pin definition, suitable for various butterfly and DIL packaged semiconductor lasers.
USB or serial port interface is optional, providing PC upper computer software that can set modulation signal source, sawtooth wave amplitude and period, and display the current settings in real time.
Temperature, current limit, and internal constant current signal can be manually adjusted to achieve a more cost-effective product.
Note: ① The maximum laser diode driving current can be preset according to customer requirements, which can more effectively prevent users from accidentally setting excessive current and damaging the laser.
